Al Afraan Motors Return Policy

1. Local Shipping Returns

Eligibility: Items purchased from Al Afraan Motors can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Process:

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for local returns are the responsibility of the customer.

2. International Shipping Returns

Eligibility: Items purchased from Al Afraan Motors can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Contact our international customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for any international shipping fees and customs duties associated with the return.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for international returns, including any customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature or if they have been customized or altered. These include, but are not limited to, special orders, clearance items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for replacement or refund.
